AIVD SR has more than 30 years of tradition in the field of activities contributing to improving the quality of adult education in Slovakia. Our mission is to bring together adult education institutions and promote their common interests, goals and needs. The AIVD SR concentrates professional capacities on solving concepts in the field of adult education and cooperates with state authorities and other entities in the preparation and implementation of legislative and other measures in this area. AIVD SR is a member of the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA).

The Association of Adult Education Institutions in Slovakia together with the partners of LLW 2023 would like to cordially invite you to the opening of the Lifelong Learning Week in Slovakia 2023, the presentation of the AIVD Award and the international conference "Skills for Life".
The 23rd Lifelong Learning Week in Slovakia will take place under the auspices of Mr. Daniel Bútora, Minister of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic and Mr. Vladimír Šucha, Head of the Representation of the European Commission in the Slovak Republic.
The opening event of LLW 2023 will take place on September 18, 2023 in the Hall of Mirrors of the Primate's Palace in Bratislava.
The event is free to attend, but registration is required.
